FRIGO LOGISTICS, belonging the Japanese capital group Nichirei Corporation has acquired Polish Armir Group. The closing took place end of October in the premises of our office.

Armir is a Polish specialist transport and logistics company offering cross-docking warehousing services; it delivers deep-frozen and fresh products at a controlled temperature.
Nichirei Corporation (Kabushiki-gaisha Nichirei) is one of Japan’s top producers of frozen foods and a leader in cold storage warehousing, headquartered in Tokyo. Operating through around 80 subsidiaries and affiliates worldwide, its businesses include processed food, logistics, marine products (chiefly roe, shrimp, and octopus), meat and poultry, real estate and biosciences.
