He specializes in advising on transactional and regulatory issues concerning the broadly understood financial sector, as well as commercial, civil and administrative law issues.

He has advised domestic and foreign entities on a wide variety of transactions, also cross-border transactions, including debt financing and refinancing, securitization, debt portfolios disposal, bond issues, as well as M&A transactions and due diligence examination. Adam’s experience includes the preparation of comprehensive transaction documentation, including LMA standard loan documentation, bond issuance documentation, factoring documentation, as well as collateral documents and corporate approvals. Adam also advised on the regulatory and transactional aspects of cryptocurrencies and cryptoassets.

He supports regulated entities in the banking, insurance and investment sectors in regulatory matters, including proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervisory Commission. He prepares legal opinions and memorandums on regulatory issues at the request of financial institutions. In addition, he has experience in registration and land and mortgage register proceedings.

Adam completed his advocate training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw and passed the state bar exam.
