Artur specializes in regulation of new technologies, privacy protection, competition and consumer protection and intellectual property.

In his practice focuses mainly on serving clients in the Internet sector and telecommunications, with particular emphasis on electronically supplied services, information security and data processing and Internet domains. He also deals with negotiating contracts, including implementation, licenses and supply.

He gained his experience inter alia in NASK.

He is the author of numerous publications, and lectures in training courses organized both in Poland and abroad.
