Practice experience
Bartosz actively develops his expertise in banking law, civil law, and financial sector regulation. He supports the Law Firm’s team in the ongoing provision of legal services to domestic and foreign clients, including the preparation of memoranda and legal analyses relating to financial sector regulations, as well as monitoring legislative developments that may affect clients’ legal position.
As part of his work, he participates in financing and refinancing transactions, including the monitoring and completion of conditions precedent to the disbursement of financing. He is involved in the preparation of corporate documentation, in particular documentation relating to the establishment, registration, and release of security interests, as well as in the analysis of transaction documentation. He also prepares powers of attorney and confidentiality agreements and supports the preparation of studies concerning the compliance of financial institutions with national and international legal requirements.
His areas of interest include banking law, European Union law, and economic diplomacy.
Before joining the Law Firm’s team, Bartosz gained experience in the legal departments of private companies and in government administration, working at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland.
