C&G advised on the Polish aspects of NORD/LB EUR 65 million credit facility

We have acted as Polish legal advisors to Norddeutsche Landesbank – Girozentrale with respect to Polish law aspects of the EUR 65,000,000.00 credit facility.

The Polish law elements of the financing were recently closed smoothly simultaneously in Poland and Germany. Our team, Bartłomiej Grela and Maja Batra, liaised with the borrowers’ legal counsels, namely with colleagues from Noerr Warsaw and Frankfurt offices.

NORD/LB was established in 1765 as Braunschweigische Staatsbank. Under its current name, the bank started its operations in 1970.

NORD/LB’s main areas of specialization include investment banking, agricultural and real estate banking, corporate finance, ship and aircraft financing and private banking. NORD/LB maintains branch offices in all major financial and trading centers, including London (since 1985), New York City (since 1991) and Singapore (since 2004).
