Practice experience

Iga specializes in civil, commercial, banking and financial law projects.

Iga supports the Law Firm’s team in providing day-to-day services to both Polish and foreign clients. She has participated in preparing security packages and corporate consents, as well as registering and releasing securities. At the Law Firm, she also manages certified translations and the legalization process for documents intended for use outside of Poland. Additionally, she assists in drafting memoranda on regulatory issues related to the broader financial sector. Iga keeps track of ongoing legal changes that may impact the affairs of Law Firm’s clients and prepares legal analyses and reports on these developments.

Her interests include issues related to civil law, in particular real estate law, administrative law and European Union law; she is particularly interested in mergers and acquisitions.

Iga is a fifth-year law student at the University of Warsaw, and is actively involved in academic activities at the Faculty of Law and Administration. She has appeared as a speaker at both university-level and national academic conferences.
