C&G Law Firm supported Focus Estate Fund in the acquisition of Atrium Mosty

Our client, Focus Estate Fund, has just acquired from Atrium Group the shopping center in Płock – Atrium Mosty. This is Focus’ fourth investment in Poland.

Focus is a real estate investment fund acquiring non-prime retail properties in the EU. The Fund’s strategy is to invest in the mid-scale commercial properties in the most dynamic European markets. This transaction is one part of our long-standing relationship with this Client.

Atrium Mosty is a shopping center with a total area (GLA) of 18,000 sqm. Atrium Mosty is a modern urbanistic building in the city center with over 50 shops. A great location along with the 660 parking places are indisputable advantages of Atrium Mosty. The stores like Biedronka, Sinsay, House, Media Expert, Pepco, CCC, Martes Sport, Rossmann are among its anchor tenants.

The Seller of the property was represented by Dentons and JLL, while the Purchaser was supported by Gleeds and, in the legal and tax aspects of the deal, by our team of Czabański & Gałuszyński’s lawyers i.e. Marcin Panek, Kamil Osiński, Katarzyna Pasek, Adam Janczewski lead by Piotr Gałuszyński.
