We recently represented one of the three largest manufacturers of semi-trailers, trailers and car bodies in Europe in several months of negotiations with a consortium of banks: Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A., BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.
Wielton S.A. employs over 3,300 people and operates in 35 markets across Europe, Asia and Africa, offering 12 product groups. It is also one of the ten largest manufacturers in its industry worldwide. Our involvement in this project showcases our team’s expertise in managing intricate financial and negotiation processes for corporate clients operating in both domestic and international markets.
We would like to thank our Client for their trust and for their hard work on the deal, as well as our colleagues from the White & Case offices in Warsaw, London, Rome and Frankfurt, who provided the consortium banks with exceptional support.
