C&G Law Firm advised the Focus Group on securing financing from PEKAO S.A.

We recently advised the Polish subsidiary of Focus Estate Fund, RTC Zamość Sp. z o.o., on obtaining financing from Bank Pekao S.A.

The bank was represented by Daniel Borkowski and Przemysław Słoniewski, supported by a team from BCGL law firm led by Magdalena Dudziec – Kośnik. Haris Stavrou from SPYROS VASSILIOU & ASSOCIATES LLC handled the Cypriot legal aspects of the deal.
