C&G Law Firm advised SEW Poland sp. z o.o. on acquisition refinancing

Czabański Gałuszyński i Partnerzy advised SEW Poland sp. z o.o., a member of the Focus Estate Fund group, on the refinancing of the acquisition of three shopping centres with a total gross leasable area of 46,000 sqm.

The project was led by Urszula Rachwol. The project team also included Piotr Gałuszyński, Maja Batra and Bartosz Żeleźniak. Bank Pekao, which provided the financing to the company, was represented by Magdalena Dudziec – Kośnik from BCGL.
